Each item is lovingly handcrafted just for you! Please allow 3-5 business days for us to create and prepare your order before shipping. Custom orders may take longer; we'll confirm the timeline in your order confirmation. 

Shipping Methods & Costs (Domestic - US):

• Standard Shipping: Flat Rate $6.72 (3-7 business days delivery after processing).

• Priority Shipping: Calculated at checkout (1-3 business days delivery after processing).

• Free Shipping: On orders over $100.00 (Standard shipping only) and all Local Pick-up orders.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary significantly (2-4 weeks typically). Costs are calculated at checkout. Please note: You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes your country may impose. 

Tracking & Notifications:

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at mountainmaidenmade@gmail.com within 7 days with photos. We'll work with you and the carrier to find a solution. 

Handmade Note:

As items are handmade, slight variations are normal and part of their unique charm. We use robust packaging to ensure safe arrival but cannot guarantee against carrier mishandling.

We want our customers to be happy, so we will do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return the item(s) within 14 business days of receipt of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.

IMPORTANT: We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for Custom Orders. On sale items are also not eligible for exchanges and refund. 

Our Promise: We want you to love your unique item! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with a return or exchange. 

Return Window:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. 

Condition for Return:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required. 

How to Return:

• Email us at mountainmaidenmade@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days.

• We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• Securely package the item with its original packaging.

• Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the envelope or box.

• Ship to the address provided (customer pays return shipping costs unless item is damaged/faulty). 

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of our receiving the returned item.

• Options: Full refund, exchange for another item, or store credit. 

Exceptions (Final Sale):

• Custom-made items, personalized goods, gift cards, and final sale/discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us immediately with photos; we'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
